CIM Students Demonstrate How to Sweeten Up Your Holiday
November 29, 2017
This week on Live in the D, The Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM) at Baker College in Port Huron shared some fun ideas on how to sweeten up your holiday season!
Chef Karlee Schulz and Baking and Pastry students Kerri Ramirez and Kevin Waite stopped by the Live in the D studio to make Chocolate Cashew Turtles for the crew. The turtles only require a few ingredients and are always a hit at holiday gatherings.
Students of the CIM boast of its small class sizes allotting for more one-on-one interaction with faculty and also the exciting challenges of working in a fast-paced kitchen.
