Our Master of Science in industrial/organizational psychology program helps you learn how principles of psychology can be utilized for organizational success. This program does not prepare you for licensure as a professional psychologist. Instead, you’ll learn how to leverage psychological theories, methods, and principles to help individual workers, teams, and entire organizations.
