Royal Oak, MI – Baker College’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) students continue to outperform national averages on the Peregrine Exams, a standardized measure of student learning outcomes in business education. With results steadily improving year over year, the College of Business once again demonstrates its commitment to delivering high-quality education that prepares students for success in the ever-evolving world of business. These results are part of an intentional, strategic effort by Baker College to transform our academic programs and produce highly skilled graduates who are ready to lead in the real world.

The Peregrine Exams, recommended by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), have been used at Baker College since spring 2018 as a tool to benchmark student performance across a range of core business competencies. All BBA and MBA students complete the exam as part of their capstone courses.

The Peregrine Exams cover key business disciplines including Accounting, Business Communication, Ethics, Finance, Leadership, Marketing, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and more. Exam content is routinely updated to remain relevant to current industry expectations.
