As we strive to be the central source for all things BC, we encourage you to get your events on the calendar, celebrate your news, and highlight deserving students.
Beeline Submission Guidelines
To ensure your announcement is included in The Beeline, please follow these guidelines:
- Submission Deadline: Send your announcement to [email protected] by the Wednesday prior to the desired publishing date.
- Frequency: The Beeline is published weekly, except during the summer when it is bi-weekly.
- Preferred Dates: Let us know your preferred date(s) for posting your announcement.
- Cadence of Announcements: Announcements may be repeated based on the volume of news and timeliness of the event. They may be included in one issue, omitted in the next, and included again as appropriate.
- Content: Keep it concise. Content may be edited to fit sizing guidelines.
- Attachments and Graphics: Published at the editor’s discretion. Photos must not contain text (e.g., we will not publish flyers).
- Photo Guidelines: Photos must not be copyrighted or taken from partner organization websites without permission. Avoid using licensed characters or materials.
By following these guidelines, you help us maintain a cohesive and timely publication for our Baker College hive.
