The Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation (MCWT) is pleased to announce its scholarship program for the 2018-2019 academic year. MCWT Foundation is offering scholarship opportunities for technology-focused high school seniors, GET-IT club high school seniors and women who will be enrolled full time in college-level courses for the 2018-2019 academic year at Michigan universities including Baker College.
Eligibility
An applicant must be a female high-school student or currently enrolled college/university level student who is:
- A resident of the state of Michigan
- A student with a 3.0 GPA or better
- Enrolled (or will be enrolled) in a Michigan university
- Enrolled (or will be enrolled) in a qualified program with a technology focus. Program examples include Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Digital Forensics, Software Engineering, and Digital User Experience. This is not a complete list but rather serves as examples.
- A United States citizen
The application deadline is January 31, 2018, 11:59 p.m.
