Yvonne Rencher, Senior Director of Strategic Partners and Continuing Education and Nathan Wright, Assistant Director of Strategic Partners and Continuing Education
Baker College announces the establishment of a Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Division, a testament to our commitment to providing ongoing educational opportunities for our internal stakeholders, communities, and beyond. This new area will focus on establishing strategic partners and creating innovative programs around lifelong learning and development. This division will include alumni relations, employer relations, economic and workforce development, and grants, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meeting the diverse needs of our community.
Leading this new division is Yvonne Rencher, Senior Director of Strategic Partners and Continuing Education, who was most recently the Alumni Relations Director. Joining her is Nathan Wright, Assistant Director of Strategic Partners and Continuing Education, transitioning from Career Services. Both Yvonne and Nathan bring a wealth of knowledge from their extensive experience with career services, employer relations, and community development.
Together, they will spearhead efforts to expand our reach, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and deliver high-quality educational experiences that empower individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals. We look forward to the impactful contributions this team will bring to our college community.
“Continuing education is a game changer because it empowers individuals to stay relevant and competitive in an ever-evolving job market. At Baker College, our new Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Division will be instrumental in providing our partners the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to help upskill their workforce,” Rencher said. “Through fostering these partnerships and developing innovative programs, we are not just enhancing our educational offerings; we are creating pathways for personal and professional growth that will have a lasting impact.”
Baker’s commitment to lifelong learning ensures students and alumni also have a variety of options to continuously adapt, grow, and excel in their careers.
