Intended Student Learning Outcomes of College of Business
By the end of the program, students will:
- Applying critical thinking skills for problem solving and decision making.
- Engage in a collaborative environment to produce desired outcomes.
- Deliver effective and professional oral and written communications using a variety of delivery venues.
- Understand and apply the disciplinary knowledge, theories, and competencies associated to core business functions and selected program of study.
- Apply data analytical tools to business problem solving and decision making.
- Assess, develop, and support strategic plans.
- Recognize and apply legal, ethical, cultural, and economic standards of business within a global environment.
- Utilize research in business problem solving.

Intended Student Learning Outcomes of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program
By the end of the program, students will:
- Apply critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions.
- Engage in a collaborative environment to produce desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Apply concepts, theories, and practices in the principle functional areas and analyze the interrelationships between the functional areas of business.
- Apply data analytical tools to business decision making.
- Interpret a strategic plan and identify the tactical initiatives to support the plan.
- Apply legal, ethical, cultural, and economic standards of business within a global environment.
- Evaluate leadership strategies and the implications of their use.
- Apply legal, ethical, cultural, and economic standards of business within a global environment.
- Apply relevant disciplinary knowledge and competencies appropriate to their program of study.
Note: The BBA Program Outcomes apply to all BBA majors, including Accounting, Business Administration (accelerated program), Finance, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management.

By the end of the program, students will:
- Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and make decisions.
- Solve problems in a collaborative work environment incorporating diverse perspectives.
- Communicate using advanced oral and written communication skills necessary for success in the business environment.
- Analyze the impacts of core concepts, theories and practices within business functions in an integrated manner and apply to business problem solving and decision making.
- Collect, analyze and interpret complex data using quantitative and qualitative tools to support business decision making.
- Analyze the strategic planning process, and develop and assess strategic plans.
- Evaluate the legal, ethical, social, economic, cultural, and global environments of business.
- Integrate research in complex business problem solving.
- Evaluate and apply leadership strategies in complex business environments.
